Performances would be much better if we had some well-chosen
indexes… at least on package names and other field that we use for
queries and joins.  Note that Django automatically creates indexes for
a number of fields (those with unique=true). (Ticket migrated from

My latest review did not allow me to identify any obvious missing
index.
