Package: tracker.debian.org
Version: 0.20140710
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,
*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

*** End of the template - remove these lines ***

As a Web user, I can browse a list of packages with available data so
that I can find a package I am interested in. It should be possible
to filter this list based on package name. Pagination is also
presumed. (Ticket migrated from Trello:
https://trello.com/c/duNhR7pO/)
