Bug#714886: qa.debian.org: Please provide valid XHTML icon from local web server

* Benjamin Drung <bdrung@debian.org>, 2013-07-04, 00:25:
currently qa.debian.org shows a "valid XHTML" icon that is served from [1]. Please download a copy of this file and serve this icon from qa.debian.org.

pabs has replaced the icon with text:
http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/qa/trunk/pts/www/xsl/pts.xsl?r1=3178&r2=3220

But now that qa.debian.org uses HTTPS, the link doesn't work at all. All you get it is “No Referer header found!”. This is because browsers don't pass Referer from HTTP to HTTPS, as per RFC 2616, §15.1.3: Clients SHOULD NOT include a Referer header field in a (non-secure) HTTP request if the referring page was transferred with a secure protocol.
