Bug#754677: make changelog links (and others) more visible

There are multiple problems:
- such a title is way too long
- the set of available links depends on the plugins enabled, the only
standard link is the .dsc one, the others come from the
extract_source_files plugin
I'm not sure we can do much more to make them more visible. It's a bit of
learning and except adding a dynamic tutorial highlighting the various
parts with some explanations I don't see how to do much better.
My best suggestion at this point is to move this panel below the "links"
panel so that all "links" are closer to each other.
