Bug#754413: tracker.debian.org needs to have nuanced subscription methods just like the PTS has for any package.

That's not true, the same keyword mechanism exists, but it's unfortunately
not very well visible in the subscription list. Just click in the list of
package subscriptions (not on the button or on the link, but in the white in
the background, or on the "Source package" label) and you will see the
list of keywords appearing together with a "modify" button.

There are other details that are less than perfect, for example the fact
that there's no explanation next to each keyword.
