The news of uploads after the initial tracker import show a "signed by:" afer
the name of the uploader. I think this is useful only for sponsored uploads, and
thus is should be shown only in that case, and hide in the case of ordinary
uploads.

Maybe the signer can be show in the news page, where it is currently
unavailable.
