I'm afraid this is really out of scope currently as those subscriptions
are handled by a system spread over bugs.debian.org and lists.debian.org
which is completely unrelated to tracker.debian.org.
As such I'm tempted to close this as wontfix.

This, on the other hand, is a completely fair request. I'm thus
transforming this bug into this.
