I think at this point the data API is stable enough and it should be OK.
The best approach for the PTS would probably be to parse
http://ci.debian.net/data/unstable-amd64/packages.json and update the
data for all the listed packages in bulk.

The only issue that occurs to me ATM is that in the near future I will
add more statuses beyond "pass" and "fail", so the code in the PTS
should not treat the status as a boolean variable. It can do things
differently if the status is "pass" or "fail", but keep in mind that
there will be other possible statuses.
