http.debian.net down via IPv6

Hi Raphael, Joerg (because the rdns says .ganneff.de),

I get this behavior from two geographically different machines on
different uplinks:

$ host http.debian.net
http.debian.net has address 46.4.205.44
http.debian.net has IPv6 address 2a01:4f8:131:152c::42

$ ping -c 1 http.debian.net
PING http.debian.net (46.4.205.44) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from raphael.ganneff.de (46.4.205.44): icmp_req=1 ttl=45 time=115 ms

--- http.debian.net ping statistics ---
1 packets transmitted, 1 received, 0% packet loss, time 0ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 115.895/115.895/115.895/0.000 ms

$ ping6 -c 1 http.debian.net
PING http.debian.net(raphael.ganneff.de) 56 data bytes

--- http.debian.net ping statistics ---
1 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 0ms

Can you please have a look at what’s wrong here?

Thanks.
