Hi,

http://udd.debian.org/hacking.html links to
http://titanpad.debian.net/DMD that redirects to another pad that
reads "moved to bugs".

Please merge from branch bugfix/fix-link-to-ideas in
git://gaffer.ptitcanardnoir.org/udd.git. Git patch is attached too.
