I'm not sure why you overreacting like this. I would also appreciate
if you could be more specific regarding things that you call
"nonsense".
I'm sorry if I unintentionally made you feel bad but I don't recognise
any nonsense in what I wrote.
I'm doing my best to speak as straightforward as I can but I'm not
sure if I have enough eloquence to express this more politely.
Your work is appreciated -- it's me who feel frustrated from not being
able to get the simple answer from you.
Am I asking the wrong question? Or do you think the answer shouldn't
be public for whatever reason? If that's true please say so or mention
internal QA team documentation (if any) and that's will be enough for
me and for others who will have to seek assistance from QA team for
similar requests.
