rmadison -u debian iceweasel claims iceweasel is in wheezy-updates:

 iceweasel | 17.0.6esr-1~deb7u1   | wheezy-updates    | source, amd64, armhf, i386, mips, powerpc, s390, s390x

That's however not true. It's available in the security archive and waiting in
the proposed-updates-NEW policy queue[1], but it's not in wheezy-updates.

This has apparently been fixed?

$

Closing for now.
