Ec2 masternode zone change

Hi,

For anyone that is interested:

We are switching the ec2 masternode from Virginia zone to Oregon one
(less inflated spot instances prices).

New dns is ec2-54-201-105-247.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com. It has
the same credentials that the old one.
