Hi,

I've taken opportunity of my local UDD install - for other hacking - to update UDD/Hacking wiki page with information from hacking.html.

So here is a patch that :

- remote hacking.html

- update all links inside UDD to link wiki page

You can check the new https://wiki.debian.org/UltimateDebianDatabase/Hacking.

If you want, I can directly commit this changes to udd git repository (so it 

will be included for next delivery).
