Since a while now, it has been possible to mark a bug belonging to a
package as affecting another package [1]. It would be nice to expose
such information in UDD, to enable making some analysis of it.

(Note that at present 'affects' is used as part of some UDD tables for a
different reason, i.e. marking whether a given bug affects a specific
archive suite.)

I added 2 new fields to the (archived_)bugs table, containing the list of
packages listed as 'affects' in the BTS: affected_packages and
affected_sources.
