Picking a random day:

sgran@quantz:~$ exigrep _uploads@packages.qa.debian.org /var/log/exim4/mainlog.6.gz | grep -c '<=' 
43
sgran@quantz:~$

So it looks like it did work.  I don't actually see any rejects.  Can
you be more specific?
