Yes and no, depending on how one looks at it.  For wmaker 0.95.3-2 the status
is "Newer version available", and for wmaker 0.95.4-1 the status is "up to
date".  Maybe the PTS shouldn't suggest to package the newer upstream version
if the newest upstream version is already in experimental, because then there
is usually a good reason to not yet package this version in unstable (currently
the reason is the freeze).

As Paul already suggested, patches are welcome.  In this case I would welcome a
patch that reflects the above-mentioned reasoning.
