Hello,
when a new package is accepted, popcon data are not available (yet), but DDPO
doesn't handle that gracefully, shifting watch versions by one box to the left;
for example, you can have a look at

http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?packages=python-concurrent.futures

or whatever NEW package granting DDPO backend to be populated.

This bug was closed by Bart Martens (bartm) in SVN revision 2785.
Note that it might take some time until the qa.debian.org code has
been updated and cronjobs have picked up changed data.

Commit message:

Add leading zeroes to popcon with sprintf.  Closes: #523249, #668320.
