Hello,

on behalf of ftpmasters, Ansgar announced changes regarding the DM upload
permission handling. In particular, the DMUA control field is not used anymore,
instead control messages shall be used.

Effective upload permissions are documented in [2], individual DM upload
permission changes are stored in ries:/srv/ftp-master.debian.org/queue/done.

It would be very nice, if DDPO would show upload permissions, the way it does
for DMUA flags. I'd also like to see changes as they happen in the PTS. For the
latter, however, a public accessible command data source is probably needed. I'm
still begging ftpmasters to provide that data publicly. :-)
