debcheck and the PTS should warn about packages having Build-Depends,
Depends, Recommends, Suggests on packages that are orphaned. In doing so
it would encourage maintainers to adopt orphaned dependencies.

This bug was closed by Bart Martens (bartm) in SVN revision 2877.
Note that it might take some time until the qa.debian.org code has
been updated and cronjobs have picked up changed data.
