I have modified the PTS to no longer display the old DMUA flags. http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/qa/trunk/pts/www/xsl/pts.xsl?r1=2868&r2=2867&pathrev=2868 At this point it is not visible on the PTS which DM has upload permission for which package.
