My package maelstrom got stuck in unstable. The PTS offers this link:
http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=maelstrom

which gives "404 Not Found".

Can you give me a hint why it got stuck?

It's no longer a 404 now.  Feel free to reopen the bug if you find more
examples of the same problem.
