The current mole based data source was down for about two months, but was 
recently fixed by Myon.  The data is still updating (both the packages 
mentioned in the bug are up to date now).

Now that UDD has grown it's own watch file scanner, we'll probably switch PTS 
to use that source sometime in the next few weeks so this will hopefully be 
more reliable in the future.
