on my DDPO page[1] I don't see some of the last uploads, like python-numpy or
mysql-utilities. Seems like last update was on May 10.

I continued to work around the problem as described for a while.  But after
some time the problem seemed to disappear and I haven't seen the problem
anymore since a long time.  I don't know if someone actually fixed something.

Please reopen this bug if it happens again.
