[UDD] Please apply changes for description-less packages files on udd.debian.org

Hi,

I have tested the current state inside SVN for ten days without any
problem.  I would love if somebody else would apply the changes for
two reasons:

   1. Another pair of eyeballs are locking onto it
   2. I have very slow access to the host (always need to recover
      screen sessions
