I suspect the discrepancy is that you've set a cookie in a particular
way in Opera but not in any other browser.

I get the reduced view in whatever browser I use, fwiw.  I also haven't
changed the default view.  Click the "display configuration" link in
each of the browsers; which radio button is selected in each of the
"bugs" columns?

If no cookie is supplied as part of the invocation, that's rather
expected.
