memset(x,y,0) bug audit

I performed an audit of Debian stable for memset(x,y,0) bugs. These should typically be corrected with memset(x,0,y).

I have not yet finished submitting all bug reports, but the majority are done. The notes in the list are for my own tracking purposes and the only part of real public interest will be the bug reports. I will submit the remainder of the bug reports this week or next.
