Package: qa.debian.org
Severity: normal

Hi,

I've noticed that sometimes the PTS page for apt [1] does not contain
the current version from "testing" as if the package was removed and
is currently only in "unstable". For example the current listing is:

old: 0.6.46.4-0.1+etch1
old-sec: 0.6.46.4-0.1+etch1
stable: 0.7.20.2+lenny2
stable-sec: 0.7.20.2+lenny1
testing-sec: 0.7.20.2+squeeze1
unstable: 0.8.9

Thanks

This is a problem with mirror used. I switched to ftp.debian.org to avoid
the ftp.us.debian.org round robin that bounced us back and forth between a
good mirror and a bad one.

The PTS doesn't like when he goes backwards in history and finds a mirror
with older versions than what he had already seen (due to internal caches
to optimize the time needed to generate the pages).

Hopefully, everything should be fine in the next run. (And ftp.us has been
fixed by dropping the kernel.org mirror which is not in sync).

Cheers,
