It's not wrong:

The previous version of xdotool produced the libxdo1 binary package, the
current version doesn't. The old binary packages need to be removed by
ftp-master, which should happen during semi-automagic archive
maintenance.

packages.d.o shows the source version, and is therefore also correct.
There's no inconsistency in both being correct and yet different.
