Bug#591499: qa.debian.org: move configuration options/help below report

* Vagrant Cascadian <vagrant+debianbugs@freegeek.org>, 2010-08-03, 09:00:
i see there have been a few nice changes to the qa.debian.org! i routinely use:

 http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=vagrant

took keep track of things.

i was wondering if it would be possible to move the configuration and help options after the reported package information.

with a web browser with a small display and no javascript, this would make useful information available at the top of the screen without having to configure anything, rather than having to scroll down, set urls or configure a cookie ... just like the bad ol' days before you could configure much.

"Display configuration" and "Help" boxes were there for a while; they were just hidden by default. Nowadays, even with 1280×1024 resolution, DDPO show exactly *no* useful information without scrolling.

Rather than moving these boxes to the bottom, they should be moved to separate pages.
