Hi,

as I reported in CC to debian-qa list [1] that the information
about packages in the new queue as it can be downloaded at

  http://ftp-master.debian.org/new/<pkg>_<version>.html

is lacking the information about binary packages.  The mails
[2] and [3] might give the best clue about the problem.
