Thanks!  I'm still having trouble.  I'm a newbie when it comes to
debian development.  Not seeing that package....

$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb      http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src  http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free

$ apt-get install libdebbugs-perl
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package libdebbugs-perl

This also doesn't find anything:  apt-cache search libdebbugs-perl
