When I restart pulseaudio (for whatever reasons), and don't restart
padevchooser, then padevchooser gets informed about new found sinks
and sources. Padevchooser has this menus 'default-source' and
'default-sink'. Every time pulseaudio restarts, it tells padevchooser
to add sinks and sources, and the lists get longer and longer.
Couldn't there be checks, so the entries don't duplicate?
