Popcon results broken in UDD

Hi,

I just got:

udd@samosa:~$ psql udd
psql (8.4.0)
Type "help" for help.

udd=> SELECT count(*) from popcon;
 count 
-------
     0
(1 row)

udd=> 

Seems the popcon importer failed in importing any data.
