Bug#535487: DDPO: Debian Maintainer's uploads show wrongly show uploader in tooltip

When a DMUA-flagged package is uploaded by a Debian Maintainer, the title for
the uploaded package in the suite columns shows him/her twice: once for the
changes, and once for the upload. For DDs, the uploader is only shown once.
For an example of this, view my DDPO page [1] and hover the mouse over version
0.8.4-9 of webcpp.
