Severity: normal

If a maintainer has some packages with his email address in different
case in the maintainer field they end up on different pages on
qa.debian.org. See for example:

http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=christoph.martin@uni-mainz.de

and

http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=Christoph.Martin@Uni-Mainz.DE

Ony should get the same page independent of the case of the maintainer
email.

Probably this is also the case for submitter emails.

Hi,

that's by design. We had tried to implement it the other way round,
but that led to all sorts of weird interaction with other services
that need an email address as input.

If you have mixed case addresses, please use pattern matches as in
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=Christoph+Martin

(FWIW, I would suggest not using anything but lower case in maintainer
addresses.)
