http://packages.qa.debian.org/<letter>/<package>.html is wrong. It
points to http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuForDebianDevelopers, but the
correct page would be
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Ubuntu/ForDebianDevelopers.
