I've checked source code of the page an seems it's using
http://qa.debian.org/~lucas/wml/revamp.css as style file.
In that CSS you can read:

padding: 0;
font-family: "DejaVu Sans", "Bitstream Vera Sans", sans-serif; /*Prefer Free Fonts*/

font-size: 100%;
}
Are you are updating another file :-?
