Hi,

This was raised in the discussion of #453467, about the orphaning, then
removal, of phpgroupware.

It would be great if the PTS sent a notification to people subscribed to
the package when a package is orphaned or ITAed (like for the testing
migration emails).

Does somebody object? Is somebody working on that already? If not, I'll
try to work on that (or find someone to work on that ;)

I wrote a script that sends such notifications to the PTS "summary" keyword.
I tested it. It's now in production.
