It provides better status information, more information (dep-waits/etc) and nice little extracts of build logs or reasons for failing (including bug numbers). It also runs on the buildd host so probably has more up-to-date & accurate information. It supports multiple packages, but doesn't seem to support searching by maintainer email address and doesn't show a summary of numbers of arches in each state.
