This is already done by ubuntu with the Merge-O-Matic <mom@ubuntu.com> mail,
I do not how it exactly works since I have only received mails for a couple of
my packages and they have merged all of them.
Anyway, I do not think it is a good idea, at least in the case of the packages
I co/maintain:
-diff is very big, talking about Megas here, due to some libtool/autotools fun.
(I have to hightlight here the amarok patch that is ~46M only :))
-diffs is totally uninteresting since they are only changing maintainers field
and usual kubuntu "improvements".
I would like more if ubuntu maintainers just file a bug in the Debian BTS when
they do a change that is really worth contribute back... :-)
