There were some auth issues which have been "fixed" (the real fix is to
completely replace DEHS' code, which I hope it will happen before the end
of 2008).

The watch files of new packages are again being checked for two days now,
and all the other watch files are being gradually updated (it would be no
fun to check the 7503 watch files in a row).

I'm tagging this bug as pending and will close it as soon as all the old
data is renewed (expect it to take a couple of days).
