I try in my debian/watch
http://sf.net/deplate/deplate-([0-9.]+)\.zip
and receive
  http://qa.debian.org/watch/sf.php/deplate/ failed: 404 Not Found

Looks like http://qa.debian.org/watch/sf.php use hardcoded
heanet.dl.sourceforge.net, and this is not full mirror.
If I try download from another mirror, this works.

Hi all,

The mirrors being used by the redirector are "full" mirrors, so in case 
there's any problem with them please file a bug report against qa.debian.org 
(and *not* devscripts) so the mirror admins are poked and the problem is 
locally workarounded in the meanwhile.
