The problem is that the syntax required to use downloads.sf.net is not that
works with the redirector.
ftp://upload.sourceforge.net isn't an option either because the http->ftp
redirection isn't correctly handled by uscan, resulting in a "no matching
hrefs for watch line".

The only one that seems to support directory listing and has most, if not
all, the files around is garr.

So, could somebody please make the redirector use
header("Location: http://garr.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/$project";);
