This is a bug in lintian that will be fixed in the next release.  For some
reason, lintian was under the impression that dashes weren't valid in
anchors, but the XHTML 1.0 spec and the HTML 4.01 spec both say that
they're fine.

If you want to work around this until the next lintian release, that's of
course fine, but lintian will be fixed so that the current links will
work.
