Thanks, however this still gives 404.

It looks heanet is only partial mirror. In this case pcmanfm is
available in mirrors:
Brussels, Belgium
Bern, Switzerland
Lausanne, Switzerland
Duesseldorf, Germany
Paris, France
Berlin, Germany
Dublin, Ireland
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Kent, UK
Heanet (ireland?) is not listed here.
