But maybe the qa.debian.org redirector could use this as last fallback to workaround missing directories on heanet.dl.sf.net (which seems to be the used mirror server).
This is a known issue with the redirector - see #427269 and #418978 for example.
The redirector is maintained by the QA team, so I'm cloning a copy of the bug.
