Bug#295374: marked as done (ddpo: watch/uscan is not running and/or doesn't show results)

is PTS watch/uscan running? take file/gpm/gedit for example, a new upstream
version is available but the relevant column in TODO is not shown.

btw, how often is update_watch.py ran?

I actually use the official uscan version on alioth.
Seem fixed now.
