If you are interested in doing QA in a team, watch the everything
related to the collab-qa project (all discussions happen here or on
#debian-qa as well). It might be more fun than doing QA tasks on
your own ;)

The 'qa' group is just an unix group that controls access to some
resources. You don't need to be in that group to do QA work (I'm not in
that group, for example).
