Hi

link to lintian page is broken for non-ascii names. This is simmilar to
bug #349712 which has been fixed by fixing one special char.

My lintian link leads to
http://lintian.debian.org/reports/mMichal_%C4%8Ciha%C5%99.html#wammu
while correct should be
http://lintian.debian.org/reports/mMichal___iha__.html#wammu
